| Yoga feels good and is calming. Last Friday the teacher had us do all kinds of stretches, my favorite was Warrior 2. Also the music she played was interesting and had a nice rhythm and beat. My most favorite part was when we laid down and closed our eyes. It felt fresh and glamorous...Y |
