Yoga was relaxing and calm. For
the rest of the day at school I
was happy. It was very quiet  and
there was music. After yoga I
wasn't mad...

The yoga class can help change
your life, if people say you're fat
or skinny, or you have a big
nose...It helps you relax!

Yoga is really fun! Everytime we
have yoga I feel relaxed after.
Most of the time I feel stressed
before yoga, but after I always
feel calm and relaxed.

In yoga I learned that when your
mad,stressed and upset,you
can do yoga to take all the
stress and anger out of you.
Yoga also makes your body
healthy, it's great exercise and
it's athletic...

Yoga feels good and is calming.
Last Friday the teacher had us
do all kinds of stretches, my
favorite was Warrior 2. Also the
music she played was
interesting and had a nice
rhythm and beat. My most
favorite part was when we laid
down and closed our eyes.
It felt fresh and glamorous...

What I learned about yoga is
that it calms you down and
helps you get muscles without
lifting weights,and it keeps you
in shape.
