fitness.

shape, build
friendships and have
fun.
Group Fitness is held
two days a week for
three months at a time.
Each week we will
meet on Saturdays
and Sundays at 9:30
am
FUN!
Group Fitness cost $120.00 per month,
Build cardio-vascular
endurance that will
strengthen your heart,
and improve your
breathing. It also burns
calories,so you can
reach or maintain your
goal weight.
weight bearing
exercise fend off
osteoporosis and firm
and tone your
body.We work with
resistance bands and
free weights as well as
isometric exercises
using our own body
weight.

We use core
training to
strenthen our
back and
abdominal
muscles and  to
improve posture.
Stability training
to keep from falls
and better balance
for all lifes
activities.
