Through proper exercise techniques and a healthy diet, I encourage my clients to be the very
best they can be. Together we work towards toning muscles, developing flexibility and
balance.  I have always incorporated yoga into my training style, and I  design my teaching to
 incorporate self confidence and acceptance.
I have been practicing yoga now for several years, from the beginning I knew yoga would
always be a part of my life. The more I practiced yoga the more relaxed and calm I felt, the
more in control of my feelings and my life I became. I decided I wanted to spend my life
teaching others the tranquility I found through yoga. So I emerged myself in yoga studies
and today I am teaching yoga to people of all ages.
My heart felt passion is to somehow touch each person I teach, whether it be with a kind
voice or a caring touch.  I am currently working hard to help our overwhelmed, stressed out
children. To work closely with these children and patiently teach them self confidence and
how to accept themselves and others without judgement, and teach them how positive
thinking can move them forward into their lives.

Teaching yoga has enabled me to share my life and my passion for yoga and fitness with so
many people. I am able to help them stay flexible body and mind.
My focus is to
work with women
of all physical
abilities. Many of
my clients are in
need of
specialized
attention for things
such as MS,
Cancer,
Diabetes,Crohns
and so on. I will
ensure that you
are trained in a
manner to help
you move forward
not back.
